THE VISION
We see ourselves as children of God saved by His grace through His love offering of Jesus on the cross. In response to God’s love for us we have embraced the one commandment that is to love, firstly for God and then for our neighbour as ourselves Matt 22v37-40.
In two parts the first portion of this commandment to love the Father is best expressed through an active prayer life in conjunction with an ongoing renewing of our thinking through a study of scripture, and ongoing meditation on the things that revolve around God’s Kingdom. A life actively seeking one’s joy in the Lord grant us Godly desires while empowering us to embrace those desires in His honour Ps 37v4.
This way of living will inherently produce a more stable, trusting relationship with our Lord and God so we are able to not just bear fruit but have those fruits available for those God sends across our path.
The second part of this great commandment of love is lived out by encouraging an emulation of our lives in the lives of those we are in contact with as we strive to copy Jesus’ ways and life. Encouraging other people to think independently, and to take ownership of their personal journey with God brings our vision full circle.
The essence of our vision is to keep growing ourselves and encouraging that same growth in the lives of other true believers, until they also embrace an attitude of self-growth and enter this perpetual cycle of self-replicating on a spiritual level.
